Ship frequently and safely — release to a few before everyone.
Deploying to everyone at once means every release is a bet on the whole user base; progressive delivery turns that bet into a controlled experiment. I roll changes out gradually with canary and blue-green deployments and feature flags, watching real release metrics so a regression is caught while it's affecting a handful of users, not all of them. Automated rollback on those guardrails — using tooling like Argo Rollouts — makes shipping frequently the safe option rather than the risky one.
